Identify pain points and create a user experience which meets and exceeds user expectations and improves organic rankings
Learn how users use your website, what their common problems are and see if your current website meets their expectations. Gather feedback by conducting surveys and session recordings.
Analyse the results from the usability tests and Google Analytics to extract key insights and confidently make decisions towards creating better website journeys, content and pages.
I can bring these insights to life with prototypes and page briefs which the wider team can use to create better pages. SEO and UX work hand in hand to create positive outcomes for users.
Algorithms try to assess websites through the eyes of real users. Always keeping the end goal in mind, I'll work with you to improve your website rankings, conversions and revenue.
Get in touch with your requirements and the nature of your business. Usually, to start off with, we'll have a call to discuss your objectives and to answer any questions you may have.
Yes! If you already have data on how users use your website, I can go through it and distill into actionable items for SEO. I can then work with your team on the implementation of the changes and to monitor SEO performance.
I'm currently available for one-off projects, contracts and on-going retainers. Please get in touch and I'll respond within the day.
There are many platforms (the cost also varies) offering different ways to understand how people use your website. My personal favourites are UserZoom, Hotjar, Qualaroo, CrazyEgg and LuckyOrange. Each one has its pros and cons but what's important is finding a platform suitable for your budget and, at the very least, allows you to generate heat maps, collect feedback and record sessions.
Google's algorithm is heavily focused on UX design as a ranking signal. User experience officially impacts where you sit in the search results.
